We are pleased to introduce PROPAGANDA ASIA — a strategic advisory boutique working at the intersection of Japan and Vietnam. We built this firm out of a genuine commitment to both markets — helping Japanese companies enter and grow in Vietnam, and Vietnamese businesses build the strategy and identity to grow sustainably.

Why we are here

Over fifteen years, our team worked inside leading organisations across both countries — in retail, investment, branding, and market development. We sat at tables where Japanese and Vietnamese businesses tried to find common ground. We watched good partnerships fall apart — not because the products were wrong, but because the cultural gap between the two sides was consistently underestimated. Misread signals. Unspoken assumptions. Plans built on what each side hoped the other meant.

PROPAGANDA ASIA is our answer to that. We are not here to tell either side what they want to hear — but what they need to hear.
